The Moser family from Portland, Oregon has struggled with homelessness for years. The parents, Mysti and Blake, experienced abuse, drug use, and a broken foster care system growing up. Their daily struggle to come to terms with their pasts is made much more difficult by their homelessness.

Food For The Buddha

From communion to kreplach, worshippers have gathered around food for millennia to practice their faith. At the Miao Fa Temple in Portland, Oregon, Buddhist volunteers prepare a feast every week to honor Buddha, their deceased loved ones, and their belief that good will and sharing is one of the highest virtues.
